As there were more applications than places available, The Board of Governors applied the published Admissions Criteria.

Criterion 2.1 states “The places available up to the School’s Admission Number will be allocated to children on the basis of the rank order of their respective CEA scores, those achieving higher scores being allocated places before those with lower scores in strict rank order.”

After consideration of Special Circumstances and Special Provisions, Criterion 2.1 was applied. Following application of Criterion 2.1, 106 applicants scoring 186 and above were selected for admission.

A number of applicants scored 185. Criteria 2.3 (i-iv) were then applied and four further applicants with a score of 185 were admitted to the final places.

Applicants with a score of 185 who did not meet these criteria were not selected.

No further criteria were applied by the Board of Governors.

Remaining applicants who scored 184 or lower were not selected.
