Guidance for Parents

At Bloomfield Collegiate School, we want parents to feel they can voice concerns about any aspect of their child’s life in school. We will always listen and do our best to respond promptly and in the most appropriate way to resolve any issues and enquiries.

We want to respond to parental queries at the earliest opportunity; however, the majority of staff time is taken up teaching and preparing for lessons. Responsibilities extend beyond the classroom, and we may be unable to respond to you on the day a query is made. We aim to respond to you promptly and wherever possible, within 2 working days, with a view to action your request within 5 working days.
