Katie P (Y9) has made an impressive start to golf’s summer season and now has an incredible 5.3 handicap. She was selected for the Ireland U16 squad and travelled with them to Wales.
In May, Katie won the Best Nett Prize in a Scratch cup at the beautiful Hermitage Golf Club in County Dublin and has also qualified for the all Ireland final in August as part of the Senior Cup team of Royal County Down Ladies.
Katie will be participating in the exciting and competitive European Championships held in Gullane, Scotland, and will be playing against girls from all over the world. We wish her every success next week!
