Over 20 girls travelled to Delamont on an extremely cold Thursday morning to compete in the Co Down District Cross-Country Championships. Teams were entered in each of the 5 Age Groups and for some girls it was their first competitive experience. Everyone performed extremely well with several individuals producing outstanding runs to qualify for the Ulster finals on Wednesday 22nd February at Mallusk.
