Year 11 GCSE Art and Design visited the Belfast Print Workshop and participated in a full day screen printing workshop. We started the day with a tour of the gallery, which was showing an exhibition of the work of local artist, Simon McWilliams.
Following this inspiring tour, we were guided through the screen printing process by professional print artist, Majella Clancy.
We all found the day really enjoyable because of the relaxed yet creative atmosphere and large variety of printing equipment, which we had full access to. The day resulted in everyone taking home an amazing set of screen prints and being very keen to visit again next year.
