To celebrate Children’s Book Week, which aims to promote reading for pleasure, Year 8 girls had a Roald Dahl afternoon on Friday 11th October. They had the chance to make their own dreamcatchers, Fantastic Mr Fox masks, BFG ears, Mr Twit beards and take part in a quiz. Best of all was the chance to experience at first hand some revolting recipes!
