Careers Event
Within the Learn to Earn programme students look at their dream lifestyle and how much that would cost. What success means to them and how success is specific to each person. Their personality type and how their interests and hobbies can inform their career choices.
They explore job roles and identify an area of work that would interest them, looking at the cost of living and what they could realistically afford on that wage. The Learn to Earn programme also encourages students to build and use their soft skills such as teamwork, communication, problem solving and decision making.
