Bloomfield Collegiate pupils created decorations for five trees in the recent Christmas Tree Festival at St. Columba’s Parish Church, King’s Road. Dr Finch’s classes provided the decorations for the Journey Tree, the Young Carers decorated the Heavenly Host Tree, Art classes were very busy making ceramics for the Herod and Star trees and Scripture Union completed the Bloomfield contribution with the Carol Service Tree. The Christmas Tree Festival was held between Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 November 2016 and over 1000 people enjoyed the beautiful trees along with the music and stalls.
