At Bloomfield Collegiate School, we believe that excellence can only be fulfilled in a caring community. Therefore, for the second year running, we hosted a Healthy School Week. This started on Monday 21 November and finished on Friday 24 November. During the week all year groups took part in a wide range of activities that promoted the benefits of healthy lifestyles.

We looked at what it means to eat healthily, take regular exercise and the importance of positive mental health. Challenges included ‘putting your best foot forward’ by counting your steps, a House Dodge Ball Tournament, ‘Drop Everything and Read’ and relaxation techniques. Staff also relaxed with a healthy break and indulged in a Pilates session on Monday afternoon.
