Graham McClure, founder of Go Make a Difference, and Claire Anderson, In- country Manager, visited Bloomfield last Wednesday give a presentation to A Level students about GoMAD and the incredible work volunteers are doing in Tanzania.
Three students form Bloomfield volunteered with the project last year and Maya Newell (Year 14) spoke to students about the experience she described as ‘life changing’.
Graham and Claire presented some of the work completed last year including, helping local communities to develop safe water sources, helping build safe toilets for women, delivering education around menstrual health and sustainable period packs and much more.
