We were delighted to welcome the Education Minister, Mr Peter Weir MLA, to Bloomfield Collegiate School on the last day of the Christmas Term, Tuesday 20 December 2016.
The Minister enjoyed a tour of the Art Department and was able to view some of the award winning work on display. He also chatted to some of the pupils about their work. Mrs McFerran presented the Minister with a beautiful print of the Belfast skyline which included the Harland and Wolff cranes.
Afterwards Mr Weir was able to watch some of the very entertaining House Drama in the Assembly Hall followed by coffee with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
